For this piece I had a woodland walk in mind. I was thinking of those special moments when you glimpse a forest creature and then it disappears into the shadows. It brought to mind that feeling of being watched over as you pass by.
To shadow means to follow and observe someone closely and sometimes in secret. How often do you have that feeling that someone is walking with you or close by in quiet moments or times of need?
